It aims to strengthen health, safety, and risk-management capabilities by leveraging modern technology, real-time insights, and preventive strategies. The team works on building reliable, secure, and scalable systems that help companies maintain operational resilience and respond effectively to critical events. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust UI and API automation frameworks; - Build framework guardrails, standards, and reusable components to improve reliability, maintainability, and scalability; - Optimize test automation execution, reporting, and CI/CD integration; - Mentor and coach team members on automation best practices, framework adoption; - Drive automation strategy, code reviews, and framework enhancements; - Implement AI-driven testing solutions and continuous quality improvements; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. ## Qualifications Expectations – the experience you need: - Experience with .NET applications and services. - Strong experience with Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript. - Experience with REST API testing and API automation. - Experience working with SQL and relational databases. - Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar). - Strong experience maintaining and enhancing existing automation frameworks. - Good understanding of automation best practices, test design, and quality engineering principles. - Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and an interest in AI-driven testing.
