What You'll Do - Develop, enhance, and own software solutions in a hands-on engineering environment - Partner with team members to design and architect scalable, maintainable solutions - Analyze application behavior and data to identify defects, resolve issues, and recommend improvements - Take end-to-end ownership of projects while managing stakeholder expectations and delivery priorities - Contribute to reliable, secure, and efficient application development across the full software development lifecycle - Support integration, testing, and deployment activities to help ensure high-quality releases - Participate in Agile team practices and collaborate effectively across development and user-facing teams What You Bring - 5+ years of production-level experience developing applications with .NET Core - Strong object-oriented programming skills and hands-on experience with .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL - Experience using AI effectively to produce clean, secure, and efficient code - Solid understanding of streaming and distributed application patterns, including Kafka and microservices - Strong coding standards, with the ability to write reliable, readable code and provide thoughtful code review feedback - Working knowledge of Agile delivery methods and DevOps CI/CD practices, including tools such as JIRA - Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including integration and testing - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment ##
