The PlayStation brand falls under Sony Interactive Entertainment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation. ``` ■職務内容/ Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities) PlayStationコンソールをはじめとする複数のプラットフォームと連携し、クロスプラットフォームでのユーザー体験を実現するモバイルアプリケーションの開発を担当していただきます。開発領域にはパーティ機能などのソーシャル機能も含まれ、リアルタイムに状態が変化する機能や大規模ユーザーを前提とした機能開発・改善に関わる機会があります。 本ポジションでは、プロダクト要件に対する技術調査から設計・実装・テスト・運用改善まで、一連の開発プロセスに主体的に関与していただきます。また、アーキテクチャ設計やフレームワーク導入など、技術的な意思決定にも関わることが可能です。開発は日本および海外（主に米国）のチームと連携して進めており、プロダクトマネージャーやデザイナーと協働しながら、ユーザー体験の向上に取り組みます。 主な対象はPlayStation Appとなりますが、プロジェクトの状況に応じて関連する他のモバイルアプリケーションの開発に関わる場合もあります。 ■組織・職場紹介 / About team and organization 私たちは、PlayStation Appをはじめとする、PlayStationのユーザー体験を広げるモバイルアプリケーションの機能開発およびフレームワーク管理を担うチームです。 PlayStation Appは月間アクティブユーザー数3,500万以上のモバイルアプリケーションであり、自社プロダクトとして多くのユーザーに向けた機能の開発・改善に関わります。 モバイル開発で一般的に用いられる技術をベースに開発しており、特定のプラットフォームに閉じない形でソフトウェア開発における汎用的なスキルを活かせます。 また、UI設計や状態管理、共通基盤の整備など、アプリケーションの基盤に関わる開発にも携わります。 機能仕様や技術選定に関する議論にも関わりながら、開発を進めていきます。 チームは幅広い年齢層のメンバーで構成されており、立場に関わらず意見を出し合える環境です。 東京および海外（主に米国）の拠点と連携し、プロダクトマネージャーやデザイナーと協働してユーザー体験の改善に取り組んでいます。 ■求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications 【必須（MUST）】 以下いずれかの経験を合計3年以上有する方 ※経験年数は目安であり、スキルや意欲に応じて柔軟に判断します ・Kotlin / Java を用いたAndroidアプリ開発経験 ・Swift / Objective-C を用いたiOSアプリ開発経験 ・React Native / Flutter 等を用いたクロスプラットフォームアプリ開発経験 【歓迎（WANT）】 ``` ``` ・バックエンドAPIと連携したアプリケーション開発経験 ・チームでのソフトウェア開発経験 ・React Native または JavaScript / TypeScript を用いた開発経験 ・UI設計や状態管理に関する知識・経験 ・アジャイル開発プロセスでのプロダクト開発経験 ・C / C++ を用いた開発経験（ネイティブ処理やパフォーマンス改善など） ■求める人物像 /Personality ・新しい技術や知識を学びながら、開発に取り入れていくことを楽しめる方 ・チーム内外のメンバー（海外拠点を含む）と連携しながら、コミュニケーションを取りつつ開発を進められる方 ・課題に対して自分なりに考え、周囲と相談しながら解決に取り組める方 ■語学力 / Language Skills 【英語】 ・海外チームとの連携のため、英語によるコミュニケーション（テキスト・会議）を行う機会があります・現時点で高い英語力は必須ではありませんが、業務を通じて英語でのコミュニケーションに取り組む意欲　を重視します・社内で英語学習に関するサポートが受けられます (英会話研修、英語学習アプリの利用補助等。） ``` ``` 【日本語】 ・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上） ``` **Equal Opportunity Statement:** Sony is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
