Village Caregiving is seeking an 12 hr shifts overnight caregiver for the Custer area. ## Responsibilities - Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Help with meal preparation and feeding according to dietary plans. - Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and exercises as needed. - Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing. - Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. - Monitor client condition and report any changes to supervisory staff. - Maintain accurate records of care provided. ## Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required. - Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a genuine interest in helping others. - Ability to lift and assist clients as needed. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. ## Benefits - Competitive pay of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE, paid semi-monthly. - Daily pay available - 401k option - Flexible scheduling options. - Supportive work environment with ongoing training. - Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives. ## About the Company Village Caregiving - Rapid City is committed to providing compassionate and personalized in-home care services to clients in the community.
