Job Description

3ShoolTech is hiring a Java Full Stack Developer for a growing engineering team, working across backend and frontend to build and maintain enterprise applications in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend services using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch
  • Build and maintain REST APIs and MVC-based applications
  • Implement multithreaded and high-performance components following OOP and design principles
  • Work with Hibernate/JPA and SQL for data persistence
  • Develop frontend features using AngularJS/JavaScript
  • Write and maintain unit tests, and support CI/CD via Jenkins and Git
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Java full stack development
  • Strong experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Batch
  • Good understanding of Multithreading, OOPs, and Design Principles
  • Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA and SQL
  • Experience building REST APIs and MVC frameworks
  • Familiarity with AngularJS / JavaScript (OOJS)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong knowledge of Unit Testing, Jenkins, Git
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Nice to have: ActiveMQ or similar messaging systems, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure
