Job Description

Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) – Team Lead to join our growing team on a full-time remote contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN Stack
  • Design scalable application architecture and database structures
  • Develop secure and efficient REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js
  • Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, management

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
  • Experience in leading development teams
  • Proven track record of building scalable web applications
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Familiarity with authentication (JWT/OAuth), Redux/Context API, Git & GitHub
  • Experience with Linux/VPS deployment and basic DevOps
