Requirements

• 7+ years of software development, solution architecture, or enterprise consulting experience
• 3+ years of hands-on AI solution development
• Proficiency in Python, C#, Java, and JavaScript/Node.js
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini platforms
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise integrations
• Experience in AI solution architecture and customer-facing solution design
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred: Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and semantic search
• Preferred: experience building AI agents, copilots, and conversational AI
• Preferred: familiarity with Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform
• Preferred: HaloITSM/HaloPSA and ITSM/ITIL knowledge
• Preferred: leadership and mentoring experience
• Must be local to the Chicago, IL area
• Must hold US Citizenship, Green Card, H4 EAD, or GC EAD work authorization
