Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions using modern development frameworks and agile methodologies
• Lead AI-driven solution design using Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks to automate business processes
• Develop and support AI-ready Workday solutions, including bespoke AI applications and agents tailored to customer requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical discussions, helping resolve application-related challenges
• Document application processes and workflows while staying current with emerging technologies and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 2+ years in Workday UK Payroll
• Workday UK Payroll Certification is mandatory
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies, system integration, and data migration
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks preferred
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory
