Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Accountant (Invoice to Cash) to join our GLBL ITC Transformation -Global Finance Services Division.
The incumbent would Provide timely and accurate daily Invoice to Cash (ITC) operational finance assignments and develop knowledge of Caterpillar’s procedures, philosophy, customers, dealers, organization and financial practices.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore, Whitefield Office
What you will do
- Be actively involved in leading the receivables governance with BU and entities (past dues reviews, risk reviews)
- Administer receivable collections
- Perform credit analysis for Business Units
- Support Business Units through receivable reporting
- Coordinate bad debt review meetings and advise on potential areas of concern
- Collaborate with audit partners and service providers on all audit requirements
- Support Mach 1 (SAP) implementation projects
- Take part in special projects and ad hoc reporting requests
- Support business transitions and transformations
- Creating reports on financial performance and providing insightful analysis for internal and external use.
- Maintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls
What you will have.
- Requires a college degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics, general knowledge of various finance and business subjects, and good written and verbal communications skills.
- We are seeking candidates with substantial experience in ITC (Invoice to Cash) Cash Applications , Master Data Management , Billing ,Collections , Credit Management , should have project experience related to SAP ERP implementation.
- Candidates should possess experience with SAP(MACH1).
- The work schedule will align with EMEA hours but should be flexible with APAC or US Shifts based on projects.
- Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

financial reports.
