This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Aconex Solution Architect (Technical Lead) based in India. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex Oracle Aconex solution initiatives across enterprise-level projects. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable solutions that support business and project objectives. The position combines technical architecture, hands-on platform expertise, and leadership across implementation lifecycles. You will collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and project leaders to deliver high-quality digital solutions. The role requires strong expertise in document management, integrations, workflows, and enterprise system transformation. You will work in a remote, cross-functional environment where your technical guidance drives successful project outcomes. ### Accountabilities: - Lead the complete lifecycle of Oracle Aconex solution implementation, including architecture, configuration, deployment, testing, and post-go-live support. - Design scalable solution architectures aligned with business requirements, project goals, and enterprise technology standards. - Gather and analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into effective solution designs. - Configure Oracle Aconex environments, including projects, document structures, workflows, forms, correspondence, user roles, permissions, and security settings. - Develop implementation strategies, deployment plans, technical roadmaps, and supporting documentation. - Conduct technical workshops and provide expert guidance to stakeholders, project teams, and business users. - Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Aconex and enterprise applications using APIs and available integration methods. - Manage document and data migration activities from legacy systems while ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Lead system testing activities, including SIT and UAT, and support successful go-live execution. - Ensure adherence to document control standards, governance policies, and industry best practices. - Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide effective recommendations and solutions. - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support throughout the project implementation lifecycle. ### Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - 8–10+ years of relevant experience with significant hands-on expertise in Oracle Aconex. - Proven experience leading Oracle Aconex implementation and deployment projects from planning through successful delivery. - Strong knowledge of Aconex configuration, document control, workflow management, correspondence, forms, and security administration. - Experience designing enterprise document management solutions and implementation strategies. - Understanding of integrations between Oracle Aconex and external enterprise systems, including API-based solutions. - Strong knowledge of project information management, engineering/construction workflows, and document management practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience leading technical teams and coordinating delivery activities across multiple stakeholders. - Oracle Aconex certifications are highly desirable. - Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, real estate, capital projects, or similar industries is a plus. - Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise applications, digital transformation initiatives, and remote project environments is preferred. ### Benefits: - Part-time remote opportunity with flexibility to work from India. - Opportunity to contribute to large-scale enterprise technology transformation projects. - Exposure to international stakeholders and cross-functional project environments. - Ability to apply and expand expertise in Oracle Aconex architecture and implementation. - Opportunity to take a leading role in shaping solution delivery and project success. - Flexible remote collaboration environment supporting global teams.
