Job Description
As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer I (2nd shift) here at Honeywell, you will optimize production processes, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of one of our Clearwater, FL location on a 2nd shift, on-site work schedule
As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will contribute to the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, supporting the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations by applying engineering principles to solve production challenges and support the adoption of innovative manufacturing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify manufacturing challenges and develop effective solutions.
### Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Experience or internships in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with manufacturing technologies such as automation and robotics, and the ability to analyze production data to support process improvements.
- Proficiency with engineering software tools and data analysis techniques applicable to manufacturing environments.

- Advanced degree in Engineering such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
