You prototype fast with AI copilots and vibe-coding workflows, own the full stack, and know when to experiment and when to harden. You work alongside autonomous agents, product teams, and fellow engineers across the entire SDLC, turning frontier model capabilities into measurable business impact. **What You'll Build** - LLM and agent apps: LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel — wired into banking systems - Multi-agent orchestration: planning, reasoning, tool calling, memory, HITL - Secure agent ecosystems via MCP and A2A - RAG pipelines with pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate and hybrid search - REST APIs and microservices exposing LLM capabilities to downstream integrations - Guardrails and eval frameworks (RAGAS, LLM-as-judge) for safe, accurate outputs - Domain fine-tuning for compliance, loan origination, and customer insights - Intelligent doc processing, conversational assistants, automated reporting **What We Need**- B.Sc. M.Sc.
