Job Description
Agile Squad Inc is looking for a highly experienced Python Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems. This role drives architecture decisions, builds distributed systems on modern cloud platforms, and mentors engineering teams in backend best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Python-based backend systems
- Define microservices architecture and API strategy
- Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Mentor developers and guide technical direction
Requirements
- 13-15+ years of experience in Python backend engineering
- Strong experience with Python (Django / FastAPI)
- Expertise in microservices and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure architecture
- Strong knowledge of system design and API architecture
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven architecture and design experience
- Experience handling high-scale production systems
