Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Palantir Foundry data pipelines, including Python Transforms, Pipeline Lineage, Ontology Objects, and Foundry Rules (Java)
• Implement Palantir AIP Logic automations and AI/LLM-powered document processing workflows
• Build integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, REST APIs, and external enterprise systems
• Lead a team of developers/data engineers, perform code reviews, sprint planning, and technical mentoring
• Manage Docker-based compute modules and support CI/CD workflows
• Own production support, pipeline monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with Architects, client stakeholders, and Palantir engineers to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of Software/Data Engineering experience
• 2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry production experience
• Strong experience in Python, Java, SQL
• Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, REST APIs
• Knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD, Spark, and enterprise data engineering
• Experience leading Agile engineering teams
• Preferred: Palantir AIP, AIP Logic, AIP Evals, AI/LLM-based document processing, C#, TypeScript, OpenXML SDK, Campaign Lifecycle Management
