Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative AI solutions. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented AI solutions to ensure continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Prompt Engineering, Generative AI. - Strong understanding of AI frameworks and tools. - Experience in data analysis and interpretation to inform AI strategies. - Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
