Founded in Paris, Dashlane has since established offices in New York and Lisbon, and has grown to more than 300 Dashlaners globally. We're looking for people who actively use AI tools to drive efficiency, creativity, and impact in their work. At Dashlane, we drive innovation and value learning, strive for excellence in everything we do, and thrive as one team. As a AI Deployment Engineer, you will own the implementation and the maintenance of our new Omnix AI Advisor backend, an AI agent helping our customer admin improving their security posture. You'll own the entire inference stack, from serving infrastructure and system prompt orchestration to model evaluation and performance optimization, ensuring our AI capabilities are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient. You will work in a highly collaborative environment alongside Senior and Staff engineers who provide continuous mentorship, while partnering closely with product managers, project managers, and quality engineering teams. The Setup & Rollout team is currently focused on optimizing administrative workflows and scaling system integrations to ensure smooth deployments. Location: You will be based in Paris, with a hybrid policy (3 office days / week) and English as your working language. At Dashlane, we embrace a hybrid culture that combines the best of both worlds: the creativity and energy of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Our model is designed to strengthen team connections while supporting individual productivity and work-life balance. To maximize collaboration, we come together in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while Wednesdays and Fridays offer more flexibility for focused work. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in software development - 3+ years of experience in developing backend applications ( Node.js and Typescript) - 1+ year of experience with LLM engine deployment and maintenance (llama.cpp, vLLM) - Knowledge of modern inference frameworks (vLLM, Ollama, TGI, etc.) and model evaluation - Experience in working with infrastructure on AWS or other HyperScaler - Experience working in a product development team with agile practices - Know how to code, but also to deploy, test, and monitor cloud applications - Interested by quality and security of applications - Experience in accelerating team-wide AI adoption by coaching peers on prompt security, output validation, and designing production-ready human-in-the-loop systems. - Fluent in English (as the team is international) What Dashlane offers you (for Paris): - Swile card - Well-being days - 4 extra days (one per quarter) to acknowledge the importance of your wellbeing - Mental health services through Spring Health for you and your family members - Equal Parental leave - regardless of gender, up to 20 weeks fully paid leave to take care of their new baby, within the first year of birth or adoption - Mentorship program - select your mentor from our internal pool and continue your learning path! - Flexible working hours - depending on the role, determine a schedule that fits your need, in alignment with your manager - Team building & seasonal social events - Weekly company-sponsored lunch in the office (Tuesdays), monthly happy hour and much more - [More about our other benefits](https://lifeatdashlane.com/benefits-dashlane) Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at Dashlane: As a truly international company—founded in France and distributed across France, US and Portugal—Dashlane thrives off diverse perspectives.
