Your role as an AI Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and conversational AI experiences within the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
This role is critical to our Go-to-Market (GTM) consulting work, as you will develop AI solutions that integrate directly into enterprise workflows across sales enablement, marketing automation, knowledge management, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong systems thinking and a passion for building scalable, secure, and user-centered AI solutions.
How you’ll contribute
- Design and implement enterprise AI agents and orchestration workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph API, Azure AI Search, Power Automate, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive integrations.
- Build scalable RAG architectures including semantic search, retrieval pipelines, document chunking/indexing, metadata filtering, and grounding/citation systems.
- Develop multi-agent orchestration patterns including workflow coordination, tool calling, state management, and context handling.
- Engineer secure enterprise integrations using APIs, OAuth, Microsoft identity/access patterns, and structured connectors.
- Create advanced prompt architectures including structured prompting, schema-driven outputs, grounding strategies, and evaluation prompts.
- Design conversational AI and embedded Copilot experiences with strong attention to user interaction and workflow usability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design AI solutions aligned to operational workflows and business outcomes.
Your skills and approach
- Hands-on experience building enterprise AI solutions within the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph API, Azure AI Search, Power Automate, Teams, and SharePoint integrations.
- Strong expertise in RAG architectures, semantic search, agentic AI workflows, orchestration patterns, APIs, authentication, and enterprise integrations.
- Advanced prompt engineering and conversational AI experience, including structured outputs, grounding strategies, and embedded Copilot experiences.
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages, with a strong understanding of secure, scalable, and governance-aware AI implementation practices.
- Strong communication, systems-thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $55.00 to $75.00 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles.
