This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer to operate with the mindset of a founding engineer and make a meaningful impact on product direction and technical excellence. ### Accountabilities: The AI-Native Product Engineer will own product initiatives end-to-end, combining engineering expertise with strong product judgment to deliver impactful solutions. The role requires the ability to translate unclear business objectives into clear workflows, technical plans, and polished user experiences while collaborating with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders. - Own product areas from discovery and definition through design, implementation, testing, and continuous iteration. - Translate ambiguous goals into user workflows, product requirements, technical strategies, and execution plans. - Identify gaps, risks, edge cases, and opportunities to improve product and technical approaches. - Design and develop intuitive SaaS experiences, including dashboards, tables, forms, configuration flows, detail views, and user states. - Make sound architecture decisions across data models, APIs, frontend and backend systems, permissions, integrations, scalability, security, and maintainability. - Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation, testing, and technical exploration. - Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code to ensure production-quality standards. - Communicate clearly about technical decisions, tradeoffs, progress, risks, and blockers while independently driving initiatives forward. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a senior engineer with strong product instincts, advanced technical capabilities, and the ability to deliver high-quality software in fast-moving and uncertain environments.
