Our partner is looking for an AI Platform Engineer based in the United States.** The AI Platform Engineer will design, build, and scale the infrastructure powering next-generation AI-driven products. This role sits at the intersection of cloud engineering, platform operations, DevOps, and artificial intelligence, enabling engineering teams to build and deploy faster. The position will own critical systems across AWS infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and AI platform capabilities. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic platform ownership, improving infrastructure, deployment processes, and AI operations. - Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across production environments. - Manage AWS services including networking, IAM, compute, storage, databases, security, and operational tooling. - Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Pulumi, Terraform, or similar technologies. - Create reusable infrastructure components and automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reliability. - Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, safety, and developer workflows. - Support AI infrastructure initiatives, including LLM workflows, model deployment, evaluation pipelines, and retrieval-augmented generation systems. - Work with AI and engineering teams to operationalize solutions using services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenSearch, and related technologies. - Improve system observability, monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis processes. - Enhance platform reliability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency through automation and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to define technical standards and platform direction. - Mentor engineers on cloud infrastructure, operational best practices, and scalable system design. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a platform-focused engineer with strong experience building production systems and a passion for automation, cloud technologies, and AI infrastructure.
