This role sits at the intersection of Finance, IT, and AI transformation, acting as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions. The position plays a critical role in advancing SGS’s Finance27+ strategy and broader AI adoption agenda. YOUR MISSION You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven initiatives, from identifying opportunities and defining use cases through to implementation, tracking, and value realization—ensuring measurable impact on efficiency, quality, and scalability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. AI Opportunity Identification & Pipeline - Drive the identification and prioritization of AI use cases across Finance processes (OTC, RTR, PTP) - Facilitate workshops with Global Process Owners, FSS teams, and IT to uncover high-value opportunities - Maintain and continuously refine the AI opportunity pipeline aligned with Finance27+ priorities 2. Use Case Definition & Scoping - Translate business challenges into structured AI use case frameworks (problem, data, success metrics, ROI) - Define clear scope, feasibility, and implementation approach in collaboration with IT and AI teams - Assess processes for AI readiness (data quality, standardization, automation potential) 3. Delivery & Project Coordination - Lead coordination of AI pilots and implementations end-to-end (POCs → deployment) - Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment across Finance and IT - Ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and integrate effectively into existing processes 4.
