Job Title: AI Product & Business Translation Lead

## Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Product & Business Translation Lead with 9–12+ years of experience to bridge the gap between business objectives, product strategy, and artificial intelligence capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in defining AI use cases, developing AI-driven product strategies, engaging executive stakeholders, and driving successful adoption of AI solutions across organizations.
This role requires a strong understanding of business transformation, AI capabilities, product lifecycle management, and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into measurable business outcomes.
## Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Develop AI product strategies, roadmaps, and adoption frameworks.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, data scientists, and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions and product initiatives.
- Evaluate AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility, scalability, and impact.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.
- Support AI adoption initiatives by creating awareness, enablement plans, and change management strategies.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for AI product initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Support governance, prioritization, and lifecycle management of AI solutions.
- Identify industry trends and emerging AI capabilities to recommend strategic opportunities.
## Required Technical & Business Skills
### AI Use Case Strategy
- Strong experience in AI use case definition and identification of business opportunities for AI adoption.
- Ability to evaluate AI feasibility, business impact, and implementation roadmap.
- Experience translating AI capabilities into practical business solutions.
### Product Strategy & Management
- Strong experience in AI product strategy and roadmap development.
- Experience defining product vision, priorities, success metrics, and adoption strategies.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and digital transformation initiatives.
### Stakeholder Engagement
- Proven experience managing stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and executive teams.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and executive discussions.
### AI Adoption & Change Enablement
- Experience driving AI adoption across organizations.
- Ability to develop adoption frameworks, training strategies, and business enablement plans.
- Understanding of organizational change management principles.
## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 9–12+ years of experience in AI product management, digital transformation, business strategy, technology consulting, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and deliver business outcomes.
## Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered products.
- Exposure to cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services.
- Experience in enterprise transformation programs and innovation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and risk management.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
