You'll work across LLMs, AI agents, automation, and product features to create experiences that delight users and dramatically increase team productivity. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who moves fast, experiments often, and enjoys turning new AI capabilities into real-world products. ### What You'll Do - Design, build, and deploy AI-powered products and features. - Develop AI agents and workflow automations using modern LLMs. - Integrate APIs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other AI platforms. - Build reliable backend services that support AI applications. - Optimize prompts, retrieval systems (RAG), tool calling, and agent performance. - Evaluate new AI models and technologies and rapidly prototype new ideas. - Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship high-impact features. - Monitor, improve, and maintain AI systems in production. ### What We're Looking For - 3+ years of software engineering experience. - Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or JavaScript/TypeScript. - Experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). - Experience integrating AI APIs and deploying AI-powered products. - Solid understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures. - Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Familiarity with modern backend frameworks and REST APIs. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Excellent communication skills in English. ### Bonus Points - Experience building autonomous AI agents. - Experience with MCP servers, function calling, or multi-agent systems. - Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks. - Experience deploying AI applications at scale. - Familiarity with fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, or reinforcement learning. - Contributions to open-source AI projects. **Why work with us:** Here, you are not just an employee — you are treated as a true owner of the company.
