Key Responsibilities: - Help build, test, and support AI agents, automation workflows, and AI-powered tools used across the business. - Translate business needs and department workflows into practical AI-enabled solutions. - Assist with AI use cases such as support, analytics, forecasting, compliance, reporting, internal knowledge search, and chatbot or assistant-style tools. - Integrate approved AI tools with systems, data sources, workflows, and documentation repositories where appropriate. - Create training materials, process documentation, user guides, adoption resources, and knowledge-sharing content. - Collaborate with teams across departments to deliver high-impact use cases and support enterprise AI rollout. - Contribute to reusable AI frameworks, prompt patterns, workflow templates, and automation practices that can be extended across Rodan. - Participate in structured onboarding and learning with tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. - Use Databricks where appropriate to support data analysis, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled business use cases. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a registered Co-op program and working towards a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related program. - Experience or strong interest in AI agents, automation, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. - Strong understanding of AI concepts with interest in real-world applications. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support multiple departments. - Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Awareness of AI governance and responsible AI best practices. - Experience or interest in using Databricks for data analysis, reporting, automation, or AI-enabled workflows is an asset.
