## Description Job Title: AI Systems Integrator Location: Blue Ash, Ohio (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time (Exempt) Pay Range: $52,000-65,000 Turn Possibility into Reality. Build What Works. As our AI Systems Integrator, you’ll design and deploy real solutions that reduce staff burden, improve quality, and help our teams better serve older adults and caregivers across Southwestern Ohio. Job Summary This is a hands-on, outcome-driven role for a builder. You’ll identify opportunities, configure AI tools, and deliver working solutions from first idea to full adoption. You’ll partner directly with teams across clinical, administrative, compliance, and operational functions bringing AI into daily workflows in a way that is practical, ethical, and sustainable. Your success is measured by what works: solutions that are built, adopted, and making a difference.AI Systems Integrator What You’ll Do AI Opportunity Assessment - Partner with staff to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation - Evaluate feasibility, impact, and risk including privacy and compliance considerations - Recommend prioritized solutions and contribute to an organizational AI roadmap AI Solution Implementation - Build and deploy AI-powered workflows using tools like Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate - Create prompt frameworks, configure agents, and test solutions in real-world conditions - Connect AI tools to existing systems and document solutions for sustainability - Design and deliver AI training programs and coaching for staff at all levels Project & Portfolio Execution - Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion - Track progress, communicate updates, and remove blockers - Ensure organization-wide adoption of AI tools through hands-on implementation AI Support & Process Improvement - Serve as the go-to resource for AI questions and coaching - Facilitate working sessions to co-build solutions with teams - Apply Lean/process improvement methods before automating workflows Measurement & Responsible AI - Track outcomes such as time saved, error reduction, and adoption rates - Promote ethical, compliant AI use and support governance efforts - Identify risks and ensure solutions meet privacy and data protection standards Qualifications Required - 3–5 years in automation, digital transformation, or process improvement - 2+ years implementing AI tools in a workplace setting - Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Cowork, Power Automate, and automation platforms - Proven ability to build workflows and prompt systems usable by non-technical staff - Strong project execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives Preferred - Experience in healthcare, human services, or regulated environments - Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies - Experience delivering training and supporting change management · Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Visio, or Lucid chart. - Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent applied experience) Valued Certifications (not required) - Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot certifications - Lean Six Sigma - PMP/CAPM - AI governance or applied AI credentials Why Join COA? - 50+ years of trusted service supporting older adults in Southwestern Ohio - Be part of a mission-driven organization where your work directly improves lives - Work alongside teams who value innovation, collaboration, and real-world impact - “I get to build tools that genuinely make people’s jobs easier and that translates into better care for clients.
