Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications using modern backend and frontend technologies
• Develop and manage event-driven pipelines using Kafka
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data storage and management
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems using Splunk and Grafana
• Integrate and manage APIs using Apigee
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices using tools such as Devin and GitHub Copilot
• Document hands-on direction and oversight of autonomous coding agents
• Build workflow automation integrating Cognition Labs tools via APIs or Slack

Requirements

• 7 to 15 years of full stack software development experience
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Experience with Splunk and Grafana for monitoring/observability
• Experience with Apigee API management
• Practical experience with AI-enabled development tools (Devin, GitHub Copilot, other GenAI tools)
• Experience directing and documenting autonomous coding agent workflows
• Experience integrating Cognition Labs tools via APIs or Slack
• Must be authorized to work via OPT (C2C engagement only)
