- Strong programming experience in C++, Java, or Python.
- Hands-on experience developing low-latency systems, market data solutions, and production-grade trading applications.
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and protocols such as FIX.
- Strong understanding of concurrency, performance optimization, and system design principles.
- Experience building reliable, scalable applications in complex technical environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, quantitative professionals, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with QuantLib, kdb+/q, GPU-accelerated computing, cloud-native fintech platforms, or advanced quantitative methods is a plus.
## Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $100,000–$150,000 based on experience and qualifications.
- Fully remote work opportunity across the United States.
- Full-time employment with opportunities for long-term career growth.

- Collaborative environment focused on innovation and technical excellence.
- Exposure to cutting-edge trading systems, quantitative technologies, and scalable software development.
