Job Description
ALOIS Solutions is hiring freshers for its IT Service Desk team, supporting end users across a global client base. This role is a launchpad into IT support careers, with exposure to a multinational team that serves users across different time zones. Openings are available across Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Document and track support requests efficiently
- Coordinate with a global team supporting users across different time zones
Requirements
- B.Tech in CSE (all branches), IT, or ECE, OR BCA, OR MCA, OR B.Sc (IT)
- Provisional Certificate or Degree Certificate required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
