Job Description

Altimetrik is hiring a Salesforce Vlocity Developer to design, build, and support scalable Salesforce and OmniStudio (Vlocity) solutions for enterprise clients. The role involves close collaboration with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment, along with mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
  • Develop and maintain OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
  • Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs and integrate with third-party enterprise applications
  • Design secure, high-performing Salesforce solutions following platform best practices
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Customize and configure Salesforce Vlocity (Industry Cloud) capabilities as required
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support activities
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • 4 to 12 years of relevant Salesforce development experience
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
  • Strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party enterprise applications
  • Immediate joiner preferred
