Job Description
American Tech Vision Solutions LLC (ATVS) is hiring an experienced UX Lead to drive the end-to-end redesign of a customer-facing Loyalty & Rewards Platform spanning web and mobile for a major client. This is a full-time C2C engagement requiring dedicated 40 hours/week commitment (no partial allocations), working closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver research-backed, implementation-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX strategy for web & mobile loyalty experiences
- Drive customer journey redesign from research to implementation-ready designs
- Mentor UX/UI designers and ensure design quality & consistency
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams
- Conduct UX research, usability validation, and design iterations
- Maintain accessibility and design system standards
- Present and defend design decisions with stakeholders
Requirements
- 15+ years of UX Design experience with leadership responsibilities
- Expertise in UX Research, Journey Mapping, Wireframing & Prototyping
- Strong experience designing complex web & mobile applications
- Hands-on experience with Figma (or equivalent design tools)
- Agile delivery experience with cross-functional teams
- Experience in Loyalty, Rewards, E-commerce, or Membership products is a plus
- Must be a GC or US Citizen; local candidates preferred
