Job Description
AmpsTek is looking for a senior Volante Designer / Software Engineer to join a Payments technology initiative within the Financial Services sector. The consultant will work as a Volante Design Architect building and configuring payment processing solutions using the Volante Designer platform, with strong hands-on Java development and integration with core banking and payment messaging standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build payment integration flows using Volante Design Studio
- Develop and maintain Java-based components supporting payment processing
- Work with ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX message formats for payment transactions
- Implement and manage Java Collections-based data structures within application logic
- Query and manage payment data using SQL databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on payment systems within the Payments area
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Hands-on experience as a Volante Design Architect
- Experience with VolPay preferred
- Strong Java development skills, including Collections
- Experience with ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX messaging
- SQL database experience
- Knowledge of payment systems in Financial Services
- Must be eligible to work on H1B visa, C2C engagement
