Job Description

We are looking for a technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement high-impact Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. This is a hybrid position based in Pune requiring daily technical coordination with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build custom extensions for Dynamics 365 using C#, .NET, and client-side scripting
  • Execute seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 and external enterprise systems including ERP touchpoints
  • Develop and maintain business applications and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Configure Azure AD/Entra ID for secure authentication and manage cloud-based application registrations
  • Lead code reviews, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and mentor junior team members on technical best practices

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of dedicated experience in Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) development with a stable career history
  • B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent degree
  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 customization, plugin development, Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate), and Azure integrations
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Exceptional English skills for mandatory daily technical coordination syncs with global stakeholders
