Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for the organization
• Manage Payroll processing and ensure Statutory Compliance
• Ensure adherence to Labour Law Compliance across all sites
• Drive Employee Relations initiatives and resolve workplace issues
• Design and implement Performance Management systems
• Define HR Strategy and lead the HR team

Requirements

• MSW or MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM)
• Minimum 12 years of relevant HR experience
• Prior experience in Hospitality, Industrial Catering, Facility Management, or Service Industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of labour law and statutory compliance
• Proven team leadership and HR strategy experience
