This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analytics Lead, Full Stack based in Canada.
This role offers the opportunity to shape pricing strategies and business decisions within a fast-growing financial technology environment.
You will leverage advanced analytics, market insights, and financial modeling to optimize commercial performance and support international expansion.
The position plays a key role in evaluating deal economics, improving pricing structures, and driving sustainable growth.
You will collaborate closely with teams across partnerships, product, finance, engineering, credit, and capital markets.
The role combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and problem-solving to influence high-impact business initiatives.

### Accountabilities:
The Analytics Lead, Full Stack will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies, optimizing pricing decisions, and providing analytical insights that support business growth and market expansion.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics, define pricing strategies, structure new business opportunities, and support international market expansion.
- Conduct pricing, financial, and economic analyses to evaluate deal structures, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, develop insights, and design experiments that optimize portfolio performance and business outcomes.
- Research market opportunities, customer preferences, competitive landscapes, and product-market fit using industry data and proprietary insights.
- Collaborate with teams across strategic partnerships, product, finance, credit, engineering, and capital markets to deliver impactful solutions.
- Monitor, test, and continuously improve pricing models, commercial offerings, and market strategies.
- Apply analytical frameworks and technical tools to automate workflows, improve reporting capabilities, and increase team productivity.
- Communicate complex findings clearly and translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
## Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in strategic decision-making, and the ability to combine technical expertise with business judgment.
- 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced analytical role such as pricing, consulting, finance, risk, lending, investment banking, or deal strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business scenarios.
- Experience using analytical tools such as Excel, Snowflake, Sigma, and programming languages including SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, pricing strategy, lending, payments, or related industries.
- Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, automate processes, and improve productivity.
- Excellent attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective and understanding broader business objectives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ownership, intellectual curiosity, and creative problem-solving mindset.
