Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail. Should have experience in Blue printing, Fit -gap analysis , RICEF finalization Should have Implementation experience in 2 to 3 SAP projects , Should have worked on RICEF functional designs Knowledge of Retail functionalities like Retail Master date (Article/hierarchies / Site /BP) , Assortment/Purchase Costing / Promotion / Sourcing / Retail pricing / fulfillment and allocation Good To Have Skills: Implementation Experience in Retail Industry Strong understanding of software development lifecycle Exposure to green field implementation will be an added advantage.
