Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting. - Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues effectively. - Ability to work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Good communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
