Key responsibilities include: - Design, develop, test, deploy, and support business applications throughout the software development lifecycle - Create and maintain application code, databases, and reporting solutions - Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while identifying long-term solutions - Develop and execute testing plans to ensure application quality and reliability - Maintain thorough technical and user documentation - Participate in software development lifecycle and project management activities - Work across multiple platforms and technologies to deliver the best solution for each business need - Support continuous improvement efforts and development best practices - Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth This is a Spokane-based hybrid role. This position is in office 3 days/week and the ability for 2 days a week remote. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
