Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system reliability. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Experience in managing system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments. - Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. - Familiarity with database administration and backup/recovery procedures related to SAP systems. - Ability to work with operating systems and middleware components that support SAP applications. - Skilled in monitoring tools and automation techniques to enhance system availability and efficiency.
