Those without a Poly will not be considered.\\ Required Skills: - Demonstrated experience with development languages Maven, Java, NodeJS, Angular, Javascript, HTML, CSS, JSON, Yaml, XML, XSL, AngularJS, Bootstrap, JQuery, SQL, or Python - Demonstrated experience using JavaScript (JS) - Demonstrated experience developing on low-code, no-code platforms (i.e., ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Sharepoint) - Demonstrated experience adding new features, optimizing, scaling, or improving stability and performance of Applications - Demonstrated experience applying usability and accessibility standards, user research, and user-centered design principles for software development to optimize application interface designs - Demonstrated experience with REST Web services and SOAP Web services - Demonstrated experience with Spring, Spring Security and Hibernate frameworks Work Requirements: - Provide full software build to include front and back-end system and sub-system components - Use Agile methodologies to include user stories and requirements backlog captured in an enterprise provided tool and managed in no more than 2–3-week sprints. The Contractor is responsible for the coordination of all activities required to complete each story - Perform development activities in accordance with the client's regulations and policies to include but not limited to delivering work in increments during each sprint, with regular demonstrations and feedback sessions to validate progress - Apply knowledge of usability and accessibility standards, user research, and user-centered design principles to optimize application interface designs - Perform development activities in accordance with the client's regulations regarding accessibility standards for Information Technology as codified by the Accessibility Standards and Accessibility Test Criteria - Create, update and maintain engineering and support documentation, as approved by the client, for assigned projects and programs for the lifespan of all projects and services - Support other software development functions as required by the client - Perform all Operations and Maintenance support to the client portfolio. This support includes but is not limited to: Troubleshooting applications issues; Providing desk side assistance as well as e-mail assistance on solving users' day-to-day issues
