Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions for Telecom, BFSI, Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors
• Design and implement Generative AI systems including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI workflows
• Build and maintain scalable ML infrastructure using MLOps best practices (MLflow, DVC)
• Work with Vector Databases for knowledge retrieval and semantic search applications
• Apply NLP and Computer Vision techniques to solve complex business problems
• Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI strategy and translate requirements into deployable solutions
• Develop and optimize models using PyTorch and Hugging Face ecosystems

Requirements

• 8–10 years of hands-on Data Science experience
• Strong Generative AI expertise with experience in LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks
• Proficiency in LangChain and/or LangGraph for building agentic pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face model ecosystem
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Expertise in PyTorch for model development and fine-tuning
• Solid SQL skills for data querying and analysis
• Experience with MLOps tooling such as MLflow and DVC
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant)
• Experience in NLP and Computer Vision
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Track record of building scalable, production-grade AI/ML solutions
