As an Apptio Support Engineer, you will: - Resolve complex Apptio issues escalated from L1/L2 support teams. - Provide support for core TBM modules, including budgeting, forecasting, and costing. - Coordinate with internal and external third-party vendors to resolve platform and integration issues. - Monitor and troubleshoot data load failures, ETL processes, mapping errors, and API-based data ingestion issues. - Support and enhance dashboards, reports, KPI views, and help stakeholders interpret financial outputs. - Maintain documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Known Error Database (KEDB) records. - Monitor system health, scheduled jobs, and model performance while collaborating with platform support teams for issue resolution. - Work closely with TBM Office, IT Finance, Cloud, Infrastructure, and ERP/Data teams to ensure accurate cost transparency. - Maintain data governance standards and ensure proper controls and documentation for financial models. What You Bring to the Table: - 10+ years of experience in Apptio with strong expertise in Apptio MOT. - Hands-on experience supporting Technology Business Management (TBM) processes. - Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial model management. - Experience troubleshooting ETL failures, data integration issues, API-based ingestion, and data mapping errors. - Expertise in dashboard development, reporting, KPI analysis, and financial data interpretation. - Experience with system monitoring, scheduled job management, and performance optimisation. - Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. You Should Possess the Ability to: - Diagnose and resolve complex Apptio platform and application issues efficiently. - Analyse and troubleshoot data quality, ETL, API, and integration problems. - Support and optimise TBM financial models and reporting processes. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. - Maintain accurate documentation and follow governance best practices. - Prioritise multiple support activities while ensuring service quality and operational continuity. - Communicate technical and financial insights clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
