Job Description
Apptunix is looking for an experienced Content Writer Team Lead with 5+ years in content creation and team management to lead our content department. You will oversee a team of writers, set editorial standards, drive the content strategy for blogs, website copy, case studies, whitepapers, and more — primarily in the technology and software development domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of content writers, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with SEO and business goals
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for blogs, website pages, case studies, and whitepapers
- Collaborate with SEO, design, and marketing teams to ensure content quality and consistency
- Set and maintain editorial calendars and content guidelines
- Research and stay updated on industry trends in technology and software development
- Review and approve all content before publication
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content writing with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or senior role
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research
- Experience writing for the technology or IT sector preferred
- Proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Docs, WordPress
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communications, or related field
