Job Description
We are seeking a Distinguished AI Engineer / Enterprise AI Architect to lead the architecture, engineering standards, and platform strategy for enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions. The role owns scalable, secure, cloud-agnostic AI platform architectures and works closely with engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders in a regulated, enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define architecture, engineering standards, and platform strategy for enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions
- Design scalable, secure, cloud-agnostic AI platform architectures
- Set technical standards across multiple engineering teams for LLM platforms, RAG, and AI infrastructure
- Shape Terraform/IaC standards, DevOps pipelines, and secure deployment patterns
- Establish observability, resiliency, and platform operating models
- Collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, compliance, security, data, and architecture forums
Requirements
- 10+ years in AI/ML systems, distributed systems, enterprise architecture, or platform engineering
- Deep experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, model serving, AI orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and AI infrastructure
- Proven track record defining architecture and technical standards across multiple engineering teams
- Strong AWS cloud architecture experience or comparable hyperscaler depth, with ability to design cloud-agnostic AI platform patterns
- Experience shaping Terraform/IaC standards, DevOps pipelines, secure deployment patterns, observability, resiliency, and platform operating models
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, compliance, security, data, and architecture functions
- Global bank, fintech, financial-services, or regulated-enterprise platform experience preferred
- Familiarity with Responsible AI, model risk management, audit expectations, technology risk controls, and citizen development governance preferred
