Job Description

Artistic Milliners, one of the world's leading denim fabric and garment manufacturers headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a skilled Chatbot Developer and AI Conversation Engineer to join its growing technology division. This is an exciting opportunity to build and deploy intelligent conversational systems using cutting-edge LLMs and NLP technologies within a global business conglomerate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots and conversational agents
  • Implement multi-turn conversation systems using LLMs and NLP frameworks
  • Integrate with platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram for bot deployment
  • Work with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable deployments
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Maintain and improve existing chatbot systems for performance and accuracy

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in chatbot or conversational AI development
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs and NLP frameworks (OpenAI, Rasa, Dialogflow)
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience building multi-turn conversation systems
  • Preferred: Experience with Oracle APEX / EBS integration
  • Preferred: Experience deploying WhatsApp and Telegram bots
  • Preferred: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
