Job Description

Exciting opportunity for experienced Full Stack Developers with strong hands-on experience in a modern tech stack combining Java and React. This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Bengaluru, India, requiring 5 days work from office. You will be joining Ascendion, a leading provider of AI-first software engineering services, working with Global 2000 clients across domains like banking, healthcare, retail, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java backend and React frontend
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Requirements

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot or equivalent frameworks)
  • Strong proficiency in React.js for frontend development
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
