Job Description

We are seeking a strong Agentic AI Engineer to design and develop AI agents for high-impact pilots and proofs-of-concept for a global retail client. This is a hybrid role based in Secaucus, NJ, requiring onsite presence from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI agents using modern agentic frameworks
  • Develop LLM-powered applications and workflows
  • Translate business requirements into functional AI solutions
  • Optimize AI agent performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams
  • Drive AI experimentation and innovation initiatives

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of hands-on Agentic AI / AI agent development experience
  • Strong Python development skills
  • LLM-based application development experience
  • LangGraph or other agentic AI framework experience
  • Experience with generative AI use cases and rapid prototyping
  • Prompt engineering and agent orchestration skills
  • AI workflow design and optimization experience
  • Experience building POCs and AI-driven solutions
  • Retail / e-commerce domain experience preferred
  • AWS / Azure cloud exposure preferred
  • Must be local to the NY/NJ area
