Job Description
### Role Summary:
The Assistant Interior Designer will support the senior design team in developing creative and practical interior design solutions. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and capable of contributing to project delivery through research, drafting, and coordination. The candidate will assist in preparing design concepts, drawings, and material selections while ensuring compliance with client specifications and project requirements.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of interior design concepts, presentations, and mood boards
- Support the preparation of drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations
- Conduct research on materials, finishes, furniture, and design trends
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and suppliers
- Assist in site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance
- Prepare documentation, reports, and design specifications
- Ensure all design work aligns with project standards, timelines, and budget requirements
- Provide administrative and technical support to senior designers
### Requirements:
- Diploma degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
