We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant UI UX Manager.

Location: Guangzhou, TKH
Principal responsibilities
- Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite system complexity.
- Utilize industry design standards and best practices to define screen designs, design guidelines, and design specs.
- Ensure UI/UX and visual design communicates clearly, is on brand, and delights users.
- Partner with Product Owner, Business, and IT to ensure the project meets its purposes and strategic objectives.
- Manage the design process, drive decisions, track design issues and ensure that design specifications are implemented.
- Present in a clear and compelling way to team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English.
- Ability to understand detailed complex requirements to design elegant solutions for complicated processes.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
