Utilize advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories, precepts and practices of electrical engineering and related sciences to originate and develop alternatives in methods and procedures. | | 30% | Interpret, organize and execute complex engineering assignments. Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of engineers and technicians within area of assigned responsibility. Estimate personnel needs, schedule and assign work, manage projects of a complex nature. | | 20% | Conceive, plan, and implement systems, policies and guidelines to address unique or controversial problems. Make decisions and recommendations recognized as authoritative and having an important impact on extensive engineering activities. | | 20% | Act as liaison with individuals and units within and outside the organization with responsibility for acting independently on technical matters. Provide leadership, technical direction and guidance within the organization. Promote positive working relationships the highest levels of service to internal and external customers. | Qualifications for Associate Electric Engineer - Distribution |
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, concentration in power systems preferred.
  • 0 - 2 Years Experience
  • Strong analytical ability and computer skills.

  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience in electric power engineering.
  • Strong analytical ability, excellent communication and computer skills.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, concentration in power systems preferred.
  • Minimum of six years progressively responsible experience in electric power engineering or directly related positions.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of ten years progressively responsible experience in electric power engineering or directly related positions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong technical and analytical ability.
  • State of NH and/or MA registration as a Professional Engineer preferred.
