You will work closely with multiple teams to create scalable solutions, improve system reliability, and drive continuous improvement. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend applications using Angular. - Build robust REST APIs, business services, integrations, and customer-facing product features. - Participate in system design, architecture discussions, technical planning, and solution implementation. - Apply strong engineering principles including object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean architecture, and secure coding practices. - Develop clean, maintainable, testable, and high-quality code following software engineering best practices. - Implement secure development practices, including authentication, authorization, input validation, and OWASP security guidelines. - Review and improve code quality, application architecture, maintainability, performance, and scalability. - Identify and resolve complex technical challenges related to reliability, security, performance, and distributed systems. - Conduct code reviews, design reviews, debugging activities, and root cause analysis. - Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing, refactoring, documentation, and engineering productivity. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, Designers, and Platform teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Support testing, deployment activities, production releases, and ongoing application improvements. - Promote engineering excellence through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a highly experienced software engineer with strong full-stack development expertise and a proven ability to design and deliver complex enterprise applications.
