We focus on enhancing situational awareness, tactical command and control, and seamless video data exchange capabilities within a dynamic, multi-domain environment. # Job Description Ultra Mission Solutions is hiring early-career Software Engineers to join the Mission Software team under the mentorship of one of our Solutions Architects, supporting high-demand programs and mission application development. This is a pipeline role designed to develop the next generation of Solutions Architects. In this role, you will work directly with a senior Solutions Architect to build up your engineering capabilities, leveraging modern AI tools to force-multiply the team’s impact and accelerate delivery for high-demand programs. You will take on progressively challenging work as you develop, with a clear growth path toward a Solutions Architect track. We are seeking ambitious, innovative, and curious engineers ready to learn fast and contribute quickly. Preferred locations: Austin, TX, Huntsville, AL, or Remote. Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the year to support solution engineering in the field, support military exercises, and major integration events.
